This is the resume of an experienced Oracle Programmer. However, he had worked for so long at the same company, he just didn't know how to put his resume together anymore. What he came in with was some good information so we could start our conversation, but the document itself had strange margins, was three pages long and also contained a ton of repetitive information. There was no way a hiring manager would be able to find what they needed in this document. So, we had an interview together and came up with:
